Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During holidays, sales events, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will gladly help you work with the carrier to locate your shipment whenever possible.
